Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

RG Los Angeles offers shipping within the United States through trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

• Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside of RG Los Angeles' control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination. Available shipping options and applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Any promotional shipping offers, including free shipping promotions, will be clearly indicated at checkout when applicable.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. RG Los Angeles is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, RG Los Angeles is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to carrier regulations and international transportation requirements.
